NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Accuracy Test will be conducted for the Tuesday, November 5, 2024 State Primary Election, to test the optical scan tabulation equipment to ascertain that it will accurately count the votes cast for all offices appearing on the ballot. This test is also being conducted to demonstrate the computer program used to record votes cast. The Public Accuracy Test for each respective jurisdiction will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at the Community Building, 8146 4 Mile Road, East Leroy, MI 49051.
