Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing – April 1, 2026

The purpose of this Public Hearing is to consider the following variances, as submitted by Robert Hibbard, 3541 H Drive S, East Leroy, MI 49051, for the property at 3838 K Drive S for the continued operation of a retail commercial business (antique store/gift shop) under the general requirements associated with Article X (Neighborhood Commercial District), Sec. 38-262 of the Leroy Township Zoning Ordinance.
